What happens to my $1 if I don't purchase on launch day?+
Your $1 reservation fee is non-refundable after Kickstarter launches, but you're not obligated to purchase. Think of it as securing your spot in line.
Can I buy multiple units with one VIP reservation?+
Each $1 VIP reservation is valid for ONE Plum Box at $119. Want multiple units? You'll need multiple reservations with different email accounts.
Is this the only time I can get 40% off?+
YES. This is a one-time VIP offer. This exclusive $119 price is only available during the 48-hour VIP launch window.
Is my 40% discount guaranteed?+
Yes! As a VIP, your spot is secured. You don't need to race against others. However, you must complete your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the launch email, otherwise your discounted link will expire.

When exactly does Kickstarter launch?+
January 2025. VIP members will receive email notification 3-7 days before launch. We'll also announce on our social media—follow us to stay updated!
What time will the email be sent?+
Launch day morning (EST). We recommend checking your email and spam folder frequently on launch day.
How long do I have to purchase?+
You have exactly 48 hours from the time the launch email is sent. After 48 hours, the VIP discount link will expire and the price will increase.
What if I miss the 48-hour window? Can I still buy on Kickstarter?+
Yes! Regular Kickstarter pricing will start at $149-179 (still discounted from $199 retail), but the $119 VIP price is gone forever.
